These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Forge ("the app"), a workout log application published by Izanami Arts. By downloading, installing, or using Forge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Licence to Use

Izanami Arts grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Forge on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the data you enter into Forge and for keeping your own backups. Because your data is stored on your device, uninstalling the app, clearing its data, losing your device, or a device malfunction may result in permanent loss of that data. We are not responsible for any such loss.

3. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Forge is a logging and tracking tool only. It does not provide medical, health, or professional fitness advice. Always consult a qualified physician or professional before beginning, changing, or continuing any exercise program. You use the information in Forge and undertake any physical activity at your own risk.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Forge. In particular, you may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except as permitted by law; (b) use the app for any unlawful purpose; or (c) attempt to interfere with the app's normal operation.

5. Intellectual Property

Forge, its name, logo, design, and all related content are the property of Izanami Arts and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission. The workout data you create remains yours.

6. No Warranty

Forge is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Izanami Arts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) Forge.

8. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue Forge or any of its features at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Izanami Arts operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
